Next up we have David Napoli. David serves as Busch’s Fairview Park location manager and customer experience officer.

Q: What was your career path like leading up to becoming a funeral director?

Q: What are some of the unique amenities of Fairview Park?

I love everything about our Fairview Park location. First and foremost, it’s very centralized. Bordering Rocky River and Fairview Park gives us easy access to a lot of cemeteries and churches that are in the area. Not only that, there are several main highways that you can get to quickly from our location. A few things I really love about the Fairview Park building are:

  • It's all ground level making it accessible for anyone.
  • It's very open, yet it still feels cozy.
  • The” L” shape of the facility can seat a large crowd without feeling like you’re in a long hallway.
  • The rooms can be turned into a space for catering.

Not only is it a perfect location for a funeral director, but for the families we serve as well.

Q: What is one of the best parts about working for Busch?

We’re a company that has a lot of families who are dependent on our business. But what’s nice is coming into a funeral home where ownership and management not only care about the families the business serves but also care a lot about the well-being of their employees.

Q: What is something you live by at Busch?

We have a creed that we all go by: Create Compassionate Moments. 

Our goal when we serve every family, whether it's calling them on the phone or having an in-person meeting, our motto internally is to create compassionate moments. 

These three words are something we worked very hard to come up with. While it took a lot of thought, care and concern, at the end of the day, that’s what we really do at Busch.
