Senior Living in Cleveland: 9 Facilities Offering Various Levels of Independence and Care

Featured Image

Senior-Living-ClevelandHaving a conversation with an aging loved one about senior living can be a tricky task, especially if he or she isn’t open to the idea of moving.

Before initiating such conversations, get a sense of your loved one’s needs. Consider these questions:

  • Is he or she experiencing unusual forgetfulness?
  • Is the upkeep on their home too burdensome at this point in time?
  • Does your loved one need round-the-clock supervision to keep up with daily hygienic habits?

Senior living options offer varying levels of care and independence depending on your loved one’s needs, and provide a safe and comfortable environment—whether that’s short or long-term.

To help you and your aging loved one find the appropriate care, we outline nine senior living options in Cleveland, Ohio and surrounding areas below. Please note that the list below excludes hospice or palliative care. You can find a list of Northeast Ohio hospices here.
